At Ramraj Cotton, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our traditional ethnic wear. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garments are unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags and packaging intact for a successful inspection.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, our logistics partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be initiated or the exchange item will be dispatched.
